Amanda Nicole Borne

Amanda Nicole Borne is a Certified Sommelier, Court of Master Sommeliers, with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry. Having over a decade of fine dining experience in New York City at establishments such the Rainbow Room and the Lotos Club, her most recent experience is as a member of the Tasting Panel for Wine & Spirits Magazine. She is also a Certified Sherry Wine Specialist, Regulatory Council of Jerez, and Cava Educator & Ambassador, DO Cava. Amanda is currently studying for the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines, and Spanish Wine Scholar certification through Wine Scholar Guild. Expected graduation dates are in 2020. Amanda lives in Boulder, Colorado with her incredible husband, Steve.
