Mallory Morris

In 2008 Mallory got her first real chemistry job at a small, local winery in Kentucky. She was nothing more than a vineyard hand with a pH meter, but her love for science and wine were so easily combined that she knew she had found her passion.  Mallory has a PhD in Analytical Chemistry and recently completed the Online Winemaking Certificate Program at UC Davis. This combination of skills will be key as she pursues owning and operating her own wine analysis lab.
