Monique Bell

Dr. Monique L. Bell is an associate professor of marketing at California State University, Fresno, where she strives to provide engaging learning experiences for diverse groups of students and, through her research, explores the intersections of business and culture. Her studies on diversity and inclusion in the wine industry, including Terroir Noir: 2020 Study of Black Wine Entrepreneurs, have led to increased awareness, important conversations, and innovative ventures. Monique serves as chief of insights and partnerships for media brand Uncorked & Cultured, which is home to the Sip Consciously BIPOC wine business directory. Additionally, Dr. Bell is the founder of Wyne Belle Enterprises, where she fosters community, delivers knowledgeable wine and marketing consultation, and celebrates vinovation.
