Mile Lin

Milé Lin embarked on a career pivot during the pandemic. She went from not knowing anyone in the wine and spirits industry to now working for Hess Persson Estates as their Luxury Field Sales Manager, managing Hess’s luxury wine portfolio in the marketplace. During her journey, Milé obtained her WSET Level 2 Wines - Pass with Distinction through WOTVS and drew inspiration and support from amazing mentors through Batonnage Level 1 and Level 2.

Milé’s career path exemplifies leadership responsibilities in sales management, account/business development, and customer success from start-ups to Fortune 1000 companies. She is a “relationship builder” and loves to help companies scale andgrow. Milé grew up in Southern California and earned an MBA from Pepperdine University. She comes from an entrepreneurial family and understands the collaborative effort it takes to grow a family business.

Milé is passionate about raising a family and continually learning. She loves to create food and wine pairings and travel. You’ll often find her cooking global cuisine to feed her hungry kids while expanding their palates to help them appreciate the connection between food and people. She enjoys playing tennis, walking with her husband, and nurturing her kids to be kind and empowered adults.

A few years from now, Milé hopes to grow into a leadership role in the wines and spirits industry and be a mentor. She will continue to bring a diverse perspective from a multicultural and multilingual background.
