Fallon Ely

My name is Fallon Ely, and I am a full time Viticulture & Enology M.S. student at UC Davis. In 2016, when I embarked on my journey in wine, I had yet to realize the valuable hands-on experience I would garner through industry immersion. Up to this moment, I have worked in various production positions in both Ohio and California, at five different wineries, and in four different American Viticultural Areas. Now a graduate student, I look forward to applying my newfound knowledge and honed skillsets; with the drive to solve real world problems while advancing my local industry.

I am deeply honored to receive the Fuel Your Dreams Scholarship Award; this tuition assistance will help to alleviate the financial demands of my UC Davis M.S. degree, thereby allowing me to focus on my social and professional growth at an industry focused academic institution.
