Madison Malott

Madison Malott is a Cincinnati native, living in New York City. Her love of wine and hospitality was fostered at the local Cincinnati restaurant Pleasantry, and as a current member of the dining room team at Eleven Madison Park, she is honing her service skills as a Captain, while learning the ins and outs of a world renowned beverage program as the restaurant's coffee director and wine cellar assistant. She passed her Court of Master Sommeliers Certified Exam in 2017, and plans to sit the Advanced Exam. She spent time this fall learning about winemaking in the Willamette Valley and has aspirations of making her own wine in the future.
